Appliance Guys, Inc provides professional appliance and HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential and commercial customers in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Refrigerator repair and maintenance
- Washer and dryer repair
- Dishwasher repair and installation
- Stove, oven, and range repair
- Garbage disposal repair and installation
- Furnace repair and maintenance
- Air conditioning repair and service
- HVAC system installation
- Appliance installation services
All services are subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Have the legal authority to request services for the property where services will be performed
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services
If you are requesting services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting services or creating an account
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the appliance or HVAC system requiring service
- Remove any obstacles or hazards that may impede the technician's ability to perform services safely
- Inform us of any known conditions, defects, or issues with the appliance or property that may affect the service
- Provide payment for services rendered in accordance with our Payment Terms
- Be present or have an authorized representative present during service appointments
- Treat our technicians and staff with respect and courtesy
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use our website or services:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law
- To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- To impersonate any person or entity
- To interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

7. Service Terms
7.1 Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technician illness, emergency calls, or weather conditions.
7.2 Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments or cancellations made with insufficient notice.
7.3 Warranties on Repairs
All repair work performed by Appliance Guys, Inc is warranted for a period specified at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Problems arising from unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Parts not supplied by Appliance Guys, Inc
Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period by contacting our office.
8. Payment Terms
8.1 Pricing
We provide upfront pricing for all services. A service call fee may be charged to cover the cost of diagnosis and travel. The service call fee will be applied toward the total cost of repairs if you approve the work. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
8.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Personal checks (subject to verification)
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
8.3 Payment Due Dates
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For commercial accounts, payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. We reserve the right to charge interest on past-due accounts and to pursue collection of unpaid amounts.
8.4 Estimates
Estimates are provided based on our assessment of the problem. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during the repair process. We will notify you and obtain your approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY APPLIANCE GUYS, INC ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that our services will meet your specific requirements or that the results of any repair will be successful. We do not warrant that appliances or HVAC systems will operate without interruption or be error-free after service.
Any reliance on information or advice provided by our technicians is at your own risk. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPLIANCE GUYS, INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, COST OF CAPITAL, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

- Conditions that make service impossible or unsafe
Upon termination, all amounts owed for services rendered shall become immediately due and payable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in those courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
